Summer Staff
Summer staff 2026 applications open Dec 8
The theme and vision for Summer 2026 is “Wonderstruck”. We believe that encountering the power and presence of God is meant to leave us amazed, speechless, and filled with deep joy. We aim to create moments that help campers pause and recognize the power of God at work.
Our theme verse is Luke 5:26:
“EVERYONE WAS AMAZED AND GAVE PRAISE TO GOD. THEY WERE FILLED WITH AWE AND SAID, “WE HAVE SEEN REMARKABLE THINGS TODAY.”
Being a summer staff member means you are creating space for that wonder. You will foster an atmosphere where campers encounter the awe and mystery of Jesus, making this the most impactful and wondrous summer of your life. You will also be an example of crazy fun, lifelong connections, and devoted worship.
Are You Ready to Be Struck by Wonder?
Being on staff is an absolute blast. It will likely be one of the most transformative and impactful jobs you will ever have. At the same time, we work hard and have high standards for who we hire on staff. We like to hire people who are ready to experience and share the wonder.
We hire people who are:
Jesus-y: Deeply rooted in faith and filled with wonder for God. Exceptionally kind, gentle, and have love for kids and God DEEP in their bones. They constantly point campers toward the transformative power and beauty of Jesus.
Humble: Willing to do any work asked of them. Don’t care too much for titles. Teachable, knowing that a humble heart is ready to receive wonder. Always working to build up those around them.
Skilled: Know what they’re doing, make solid plans, and are always looking for ways to improve. They are the reliable hand that prepares the perfect setting for a moment of wonder.
Resourceful: Able to take limited resources and build something insanely awesome. Creative. No big budgets needed to make big memories. They know how to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Motivated: Wanting to go big and do things that have never been done before. Won’t quit until the job is done. They are the spark that ignites the fun and the faith of their campers.
If you are ready to be Wonderstruck and help us create a summer where everyone sees remarkable things, apply here!
